2 tbsp fresh basil leaves

1/4 l olive oil


black pepper


Place the chopped basil leaves in a glass and pour olive oil over them. Add salt and pepper, stir well and season to taste.

The leaves can remain in the oil and can be used continuously, for example in tomato salads. The basil note in the oil enhances the taste of the tomatoes, which makes them taste even better. Basil and tomatoes are an ideal supplement for the eyes and stomach.
