The healing power of trees

Trees have a strong influence on human health and psyche. They have healing powers that we can benefit from very well. From some trees you can eat the leaves, or make a salad from them, or use the bark for smoking, use the flowers, fruits, seeds and resin. Their effect on health is varied and always astonishing. They can have anti-inflammatory, diuretic, wound healing, antiviral, antibacterial, analgesic effects and so on.

We use trees not only for health, but also to make paper and furniture. They are a habitat for animals, plants and birds,  they suck CO2 out of the air, produce oxygen and help improve air quality. They provide a rich source of food for humans and animals. They also help regulate temperature by providing shade and absorbing rainwater.


In general, trees have a lot to give us, they are good for us, for example by reducing stress through forest bathing and we can learn to get back to nature a little bit. So let yourself be inspired on my site and find the right tree for you.
