Ash tincture

Ingredients:

4 g dried ash leaves (equivalent to 2 tablespoons)

100 ml white wine


Screw glass

Coffee filter

Bottle


Preparation:

Put the dried ash leaves in a screw-top glass and pour the white wine over them. Then place it in a cool place for 10 days and move it occasionally.


After 10 days, the whole thing is filtered through a coffee filter and poured into a bottle. Don't forget the name and date and store in a dark place.


Application:

A glass of ash tincture with the main meals.

Has a laxative effect.


Attention: Alcohol is not for children, young people, pregnant women and drivers!!!
