Ingredients:
80 g dried leaves or 160 g fresh leaves
Mint
Cinnamon bark
1 liter of good red wine
3 to 4 tablespoons of honey (the amount depends on your taste)
Glass vessel
Pot
fine sieve or filter
dark bottle
Preparation:
Cut the leaves into small pieces and place in a glass jar. Then add some mint and cinnamon bark for flavor and pour over the red wine. Leave the whole thing in the warmth for 2 weeks. It is important that you shake it again and again.
After the 2 weeks of steeping, it is tipped over from the glass jar into a pot and heated to boiling with the honey. Only now is it strained through a fine sieve or filter and poured into a dark bottle. Don't forget your name and date.
Application:
Drink 1 glass of artichoke wine daily.
