Ingredients:
1 kg sour apples
230g sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
50g raisins
50 g ground hazelnuts
200 g low-fat margarine or butter
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 packet of vanilla sugar
280 g wholemeal spelled flour

Preparation:
Peel, core and quarter the apples. Then cut the quarters into 3 lengthwise strips each. In a bowl, mix the apples, 2 to 3 tablespoons of the 230 g sugar, the cinnamon, the raisins and the hazelnuts and let them steep.
To make the dough, mix the soft margarine or butter with the lemon juice, vanilla sugar and the remaining sugar in a mixing bowl using a hand mixer (whisk) until foamy. Then add the flour little by little. Then roll out the dough on a greased baking tray and spread the apple mixture on top.
Bake the apple pie, apple sheet cake at 175 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat on the middle rack for 30 to 35 minutes.
