Ingredients:
125 g sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp aniseed
125 g flour
1 pinch of deer salt
Preparation:
In a bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until the mixture is pale yellow. Then add aniseed, flour and staghorn salt and stir until it becomes a thick dough.
Then place the dough with a teaspoon on a greased tray or baking paper and let it dry overnight. Make sure there is enough distance when distributing.
Now bake at 160 degrees Celsius for about 15 to 20 minutes.
