Angelica Wine

Angelica wine

Ingredients:

100 g angelica root

1 liter of white wine

Glass with lid or similar

fine sieve

Bottle with cork or snap cap


Preparation:

Cut the angelica root into small pieces and put it in a glass. Then pour the liter of white wine over it and leave it to stand at room temperature for 10 days.


After 10 days, the whole thing can be strained through a fine sieve and bottled into a bottle with a cork or snap cap. Don't forget to label it with your name (angelica wine) and date. Store in a cool place.


Application:

1 glass before meals


Helps with:

as a digestive aid


Attention: Alcohol is not for children, young people, pregnant women and drivers!!!

100 g goose cinquefoil

White wine


Glass with lid

fine sieve, linen cloth or filter

Bottle with cork or snap cap


Preparation:

Put angelica and cinquefoil in a glass and cover well with white wine. Then leave it at room temperature for 10 days and move it occasionally.


After 10 days, it can be strained through a fine sieve, linen cloth or filter and poured into bottles.


Application:

1 teaspoon 3 to 4 times daily

Flatulence

Preparation:

Cut the angelica root into small pieces and place in a pot. Then pour over the white wine and water and bring to the boil. The root can then be strained through a fine sieve, linen cloth or filter and poured into bottles. Don't forget to label it with the date and name.


Application:

drink sips daily

In case of general weakness, as occurs in convalescents (becoming strong again) or old people.
