Tea mixture for stomach pain

Ingredients:

1 part lemon balm

1 part chamomile

1 part 'peppermint

Preparation:

Mix equal parts of lemon balm, chamomile and peppermint. Then pour 200 ml of boiling hot water over 1 teaspoon of the mixture and let it sit covered for 10 minutes.

Then drain through a sieve.

Application:

If you have a stomach ache, drink the unsweetened tea hot and in sips of the tea mixture. 2 to 3 cups daily.
