Rose jam

Ingredients:

1/2 kg rose petals

1/2 liter of water

Mixer

Measuring cup

Pot

Mason jars

Preparation:

Put the rose petals with the water in a blender and puree well. Then boil down the exact amount that is in the mixer with the same amount of preserving sugar according to the instructions on the package and then immediately pour it into the preserving jars. Before putting the lid on, add a rose petal to each jar and only then seal it with a vacuum. Add your name (rose jam) and date, done.
