Muffins

Ingredients:

200 g flour

150 g sugar

4 eggs

50 ml milk

1 packet of baking powder

1 packet of vanilla sugar

150 ml sunflower oil

baking bowl

Mixer with mixing sticks

Muffin tin

Preparation:

Put the flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Then add eggs, milk and sunflower oil and stir into a smooth dough using a mixer with a hand blender.

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.

Now use two or one spoons to pour the batter into the muffin tin and then put it in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

When the muffins have cooled, you can add a glaze over them if you like, for example powdered sugar glaze. You can also add lemon juice or food coloring to the dough, chocolate shavings, just let your creativity run wild. The same goes for the powdered sugar icing.
