Chickweed oil

Ingredients:

1 handful of chickweed

cold pressed olive oil

screw-top jar

Filter, fine sieve

Bottle

Preparation:

Crush the washed and well-dry chickweed and place it in a screw-top jar. Then pour the cold-pressed olive oil over it so that the plant is well covered and leave to stand for 1 week.

After 7 days, the whole thing can be strained, the plant material squeezed out well and then poured into a bottle. Don't forget to label it with the date and name.

Application:

Chickweed oil to rub on the skin.
