☕ Tea: 1/2 teaspoon of crushed allspice seeds are poured with 1 teaspoon of orange peel and 1/4 liter of boiling water. Let it steep for 10 minutes and then strain. Drinked as an aphrodisiac drink.You should not buy ground allspice seeds, but whole ones that are ground in a pepper mill shortly before use.


In the kitchen, allspice is used as a spice and goes well with all fish dishes, pickled things, sour vegetables, meat soups, ketchup, sausages, cakes, jam and cookies. Allspice also goes well with tea, particularly well with cinnamon, ginger, green or black tea.
