Other:

Alfalfa was an important fodder crop in Europe before the spread of corn; it originally comes from Asia. It can live up to 12 years and its root system extends up to 2 meters deep. Alfalfa is a soil improvement plant.


Rubisco is similar to milk protein and contains more amino acids than soy.
