Scabwort wine


Alant wine

Ingredients:

30 g fresh elecampane root

80% alcohol

1 liter of white wine


Preparation:

The fresh elecampane root is cut into thin slices and left to stand with the same amount of alcohol for about 1 hour. Then add about 1 liter of white wine and let the mixture stand in the heat at 25 to 30 degrees Celsius.

After 2 days, the mixture is strained through a linen cloth, sieve, etc. and the roots are squeezed out. Pour into a bottle and you're done.

1 to 2 glasses daily
